I imagine it will fit... In the purest sense of actually fitting. BUT you will want to double check port alignment.

My story, I have a couple of 2.0/150's and now a 2.4/200. I'm stacking the 2.4/200 onto the 2.0/150 mid, (because its trim system is already rigged and is newer). Everything bolts up perfectly. BUT the exhaust ports on the 150 are not the same shape as those on the -200. So I had to remove the 150 adapter plate and put the -200 plate in its place. Would it have made enough of a difference to ruin the -200? For me as a non-racer, recreational boater, I bet I couldn’t tell the difference. But I just like it better that all the ports match.

Anyway, double check. Maybe everything will be just so. In fact, if I had to guess, the 2.0/150 exhaust ports had more cross sectional area than the 2.4/200 ports. So maybe your 2.0/150 ports will match your 2.5? :fingers crossed:

IF i remember i used a 150 gasket on my 2.4 220 when i went to a 15'' mid, it was a perfect match. i think. waiting for a nosecone, over 3 weeks now, from u know who. only 40 miles away... Thinking back, it was a 2.5 150 gasket, matches a big 2.5
