Deep thoughts... Think environment.
Deep thoughts... Think environment.
Swiffer.
The liberals love Swiffer, but can you think of a worse cleaning agent then some crap that you wipe around then throw away??? Especially non degradable?
I use a water spray bottle and a cotton cloth. And run it through the washer with the rest of the clothes.
The libtards are so full of themselves and claim WE are destroying the environment. F**king hypocrites!

rememeber when baby diapers were cloth and got cleaned in the toilet? how are modern diapers better? how many are sitting in landfills made with plastics that will never degrade? we can be here all day and think of items that really WERE better back in the day.

...less than 20 minutes in my neighborhood. busy narrow street. dog people walk their multiple dogs morning & evening 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in front of the house. they put it in their bags & dont want to carry it, so they just leave it on the edge of the street to pickup up on their return trip. cars just run them over...so yeah...less than 20 minutes...

Notice all the dog and cat product commercials these days? People have stopped having kids and are replacing them with pets. Single people using them as sole companions. Crazy world we live in now. We treat animals better than our fellow man. When I was a kid the dog and cat lived outside and ate table scraps.

Ive mentioned to many people how pets are replacing kids yet they seem to laugh at me and consider it nonsense, nice to see someone else who notices things.

As a small boy, I had to take a leak in the middle of the night. My bedroom and the master bedroom shared a bathroom. I remember getting finished and flushing the toilet. AND THEN MY MOM CAME RUNNING IN AND SNATCHED THE DIAPER THAT WAS SOAKING BEFORE IT WENT DOWN!!!!
It wasn't funny then but it sure is now. RIP Mom!

I have had outside dogs, but they were hunting dogs. Since I have been living by myself, they live with me, inside. No, they are not perfect, and he has an accident every once and a while. But he loves me.
The cats though... I am like the Hank Williams song "and I'm against cats in the house"!!!
And I have 6 parrots and am set up to breed them.

I had some grey cheeked parakeets. Very smart and friendly. Every time they had a clutch it was another 1500 in my pocket. Moved to where I could not have them. Sold the whole set up for 5 grand to a lady who would take good care of them. My place in Sarasota has wild green parrots flying around. Noisy as heck but I like seeing them wild.

...stream, we have those same wild parrots over on this side. what are they? don't know anything about parrots. they are a nice bright colored green with red or orange beaks. yes, extremely loud. many times as pairs only. other times as a large group. sometimes at a higher altitude as a group mak'n time to a destination. other times as a small group down low, landing in our tall royal palms...

Up my me on the south shore Long Island we have what their calling Monk Parrots
They are a bright green -about as big as a robin
They build community nests as big as garbage cans in the telephone wires
Usually by an electric transformer
Rumor has it they escaped from a shipment at Kennedy Airport in the 70’s
They’re here year round -don’t seem to mind the winter

From what I have read, they can create a fire hazard on or around the transformers. I would love to adopt some of them. If raised from babies, they can be easily trained.
And yes, they were escaped pets or ones that were let loose. Sad deal, irresponsible owners.
Mine are Budgies or Budgerigars, the smallest of all parrots. My females are coming into season. I plan on breeding them for the hell of it.

I feel the same about the animals being outside. Each they own though.
Still take advice from Ol’ Jack Handy every once and a while too! Lol.
