    Band saw or belt sander does a good job of making a accurate radius. Also cuts nicely on a tablesaw.

    Just use the same honeycomb plastic core that’s already there. It’s cheap enough. Core mat like chaz dad is good and easy to work with too.

    Xtreme,

    just want to play with this core and to also provide a big chunk of material for when the rigging guys begin screwing down fuse Buses, battery switches, etc inside the console

    the console was built rather thinly ..
