I was thinking with the success of the factory stock 450R class, there will be several new entrants this year. There should be a new OB class just above the class 7 to replace the class 6, with 300R, hulls 23'-26'. Quite a few 24'-26' hulls already available.
Mercury could make a R V6 that would suit the class 7 very well.
Just a few thoughts about it in this article.
