Few more pics. The black on the top of the sponsons and sides will be marble also. The red will be about 1 inch wide once the tape is removed. Other than at the rear where the side stripe flares up and all colors widen out. Happy boating.

Thank you. That's basically what I was aiming for. It's not easy to envision a design and colors from afar. 50 degrees and raining here in NC today. But supposed to be 80 next Sunday. Looking forward to making the drive south some time soon to pick it up.

Randy, glad to hear you'll be hanging some horsepower soon. Looking forward to seeing it with motors.

    Happy boating to all.

Gary, I boat primarily on lake Gaston on the NC / VA border. I have a little place there. I head down to Lake Murray in SC maybe once a year. I'll probably be keeping this rig in freshwater. I visit the Little River area some for work as I have a few clients in the area. Love the NY style Little River Deli on highway 9. Always stop in when I'm in the area. And thank you for your compliments.

A few updated pics. She's coming along. I opted for a different dash layout than normal so the key switches are down on the console. I wanted my analog gauges centered around the steering wheel rather than centered around the Garmin. Also opted for a tilt helm so i could lower the steering wheel some.

One regret, when i ordered the boat i wasn't planning to do the front and rear capping and splashwell delete. After Randy got the boat, I had a change of heart. So the rub rail was deleted on front and back, but the splash well remains. Randy has the boat built a little differently from Liberator if he's planning to delete the splash. It's much more difficult to change direction on that once it's been built. I did have him add drains to the splash since these hulls do get water in the splash when sitting still and any decent wave hits from the rear. I mention for the benefit of anyone else making these decisions in the future. Aiming for first week of April for pick up.

I'll add one thought. Randy goes an extra mile on the trim hydraulic lines on these builds. The motors come with 2 black hydraulic line stubs sticking out the front of the mid. For a cleaner look, he disassembles the mids, removes the stubs, and runs a solid stainless line from the mid to the thru hull fittings. Mounted one motor to measure the line lengths, removes the motor, then takes both apart to swap the lines. I'd guess that's at least several hours work.

Got the seadek installed. I'm also adding a small piece on the top of each gunnel where you would step into the boat from a dock.
