Must be, I just thought both videos were supposed to be of "Kong". Unless it was later modified for some reason.

EDIT….Deleted some ‘misinformation’, as pointed out below by XstreamVking, dual helms, swap the steering wheel for single handed driving or driving with a throttleman.

Notice the throttle is centered. When the boats running the helm changes sides, but the throttles stay in the same place. IDK for sure, but appears to be dual helms for the 2 operators , or a single operator.
