Hate shopping but who woulda thunk I could find something useful on the boat at a clothes store for $9...

I've used some of the thicker ones to line my cockpit in capsule boats before. Work great.

Rigging some of these small boats will put you in some crazy positions... i got stuck in my mod-vp under the dash wiring up the nav lights.

I bought a bunch of these. Great for covering cars, boats, projects that need to stay semi-clean.
What they are not good for is laying on the floor, looking up while MIG welding. Comfortable enough, just can't see the flames till they are chasing you across the floor ..

Check out the blankets from u-haul, unlike the hobofreight they can be washed. Had a friend wash a hobofreight one and it fell apart.

As far as the yoga mat probably going to do something similar for the cockpit of the Progression. For the checkmate I used the loncoin rubber flooring and it is great but heavy and I want something that can be removed easy.Last edited by Pulse186; 04-03-2022 at 08:40 AM.

Hobo-freight ... LMAO

Ifin I tried to stuff a greasy-blanky from the shop into my wifes washing machine .. I'm thinkin she'd shove me in with it ..
I haven't moved since the late 1980's .. so I never gave U-haul a second thought. I don't do much rollin around on the floor anymore, but still I'd like to have a couple new mats ..
Seadeck, carpet, rubber coin floor .. too rich for my blood.
I just give the ole gal a nother coat of grit **** floor paint .. every few years ..

I like to use toolbox drawer liner to spread out on the deck of the STV to protect the paint from scratches. It’s shock absorbent and grips itself firmly to the painted surface. It keeps tools from sliding off onto your toes too.
