I just bought a Zero S and It's lame compared to my 10 year old ZG1400 Kaw when they come out with a better battery I'll sell this one and get It because this one is very disappointing. Ill never sell the Kaw
I have not road a motorcycle with shorts on in 37 years, I burned my calf that day and said I'll never wear shorts again
I believe in protective gear, but the first thing I did with the Zero was drive to Fort Myers boat races with shorts on, I could not believe how I was getting sand blasted from small to larger chit coming at me, the other bike has built in protective faring with a electric windshield with 7 inches of movement, sweet very sweet,
I drove the 1400 for the boat parade street party and on the way home I ran into the worst flooding I've seen In my 37 years in Fl. the whole street was covered in old Naples with the thin tires on the heavy bike it still felt solid cutting through 5 to 6 inch deep water blasting my feet had to move them as far back as I could was like a fire hose hitting them.

If you can't put it to the ground, it is useless. I found a 300hp motor/transaxel for my 911... 2,100# wet. Sounds like fun to me. The only bad thing is it is $46K!
