Idiot politicians just voted down a bill that would have let us conceal carry without a permit. Now every state that borders with us allows conceal carry without a permit. SMH
We have allowed citizens, who can own a firearm legally, carry one in their vehicle loaded and concealed for as long as I have been alive and people don't get into shootouts but somehow letting them do the same thing on their person is going to make all hell break loose.

Here we still need a permit to carry concealed but you can open carry when fishing. I’m betting the fisherman who opened fire was legally sporting a sidearm. It will be interesting to see how this whole thing pans out.

Might have been a case of 1 group getting it out and waving it around in order to intimidate. Then pointing it at someone that only pulls in order to shoot something. We have a guy down here that open carries all over the place. The cops go crazy and harass the crap out of him. "The armed fisherman" is his channel. Some drama, but I think it's a good thing for the gen. public to see firearms out in the open and learn that it's a constitutional right.

You won't need to mow, the tannic acid from the decaying vegetation will kill whatever tries to grow under the canopy. Except weeds.
