WaterZ, I've got a 40 amp setup now but also have a spare 16 amp setup with flywheel. Gonna swap boxes first, then do to stator stuff if the boxes are ok.

Ha ! Just a hunch but it seems like the stator is the holy grail to these things sometimes .
