Pretty wild that new Tuff 28 went 106 out of the box with a single 450R!!! Should go much faster yet with some prop testing.

The old school 21' boats are wide with a narrow pad, less lift, and don't punch through the air as well as a narrower boat with more lift. That and balance (weight distribution) stronger and lighter materials, reduced drag (air and water). For pure top speed, those are key components.

Very impressive for a 28' single 450R.
