I spoke with John last year about a chip. At that Time he was concerned that he might loose a Home due to the Wild Fires. He was trying to decide if he needed to start moving furniture out or not. I dont know what ended up happening??? But I called him yesterday as well as Emailed him. In the past hes always been good about returning calls or responding to emails usually within 24 hrs.
