The only one I'd let touch my truck would be Chip Foose of Overhaulin.
Had the pleasure of meeting him many years ago in NJ, definitely a great guy with amazing attention to detail1977 Hydrostream Vector 2.5 Promax

Only know 3 of those and out of the 3, I'd let Fantom Works and Bitchin Rides work on my truck. As long as it didn't cost me anything, or at least what I could afford.

Fantomworks for resto or restomod and Kindig for full on custom. Most of the others are hacks.

Kindig....n that list kindig is the only one I've seen work of in real life and was amazing...
And saw Chip Foose car again amazing work..
There's plenty of local guys out there that do amazing work to..just these guys have a show..
Now if anyone remembers pimp my ride..
.
Look up the show that they did exposing it as the hack job they were/did.
Vehicles wouldnt pass inspection, won't run, literally held together with duct tape, would fall apart if they actually moved it etc etc..
That's why going by what you see on TV I wouldn't let anyone blindly work on my stuff
but I also don't have anything they'd work on no cool old car.. hahaha.
But is on the list soon since the area calls for one..uncle has a few but not me.
But yea look at the General lee Cooters got my vote if going by TV
Thing was awesome could jump over bridges, gullies etc out all sorts of stuff and I never got a scratch

It would be awesome if Fantom or Kindig came and got my truck and did a resto-mod to it. Nothing fancy, just a nice interior, engine, big brakes, and body/paint. Not gonna happen but I can daydream.

The consensus majority response on this thread, as of right now, is for Dave Kindig (Bitchin' Rides).

have a 64 Chrysler 300, virgin original. if the day came I would take it to them for a Pro Touring makeover, complete deal , Viper motor , suspension, and all the bells and whistles , body is straight as an arrow with miles of stainless steel instead of chrome , thinking north of 300 k to complete .

I called "Ring Brothers" to do my Firebird but they had a two year waiting list so I took it "somewhere else" and it took them two damn years! Now that its done I regret the the whole thing...anyone want to buy a 1971 Firebird Formula restomod, it just takes up space in my garage.
