Today is National Bacon Day!!!

I do not know how I missed this, but it is true. December 30th is national bacon day.

I had bacon on Christmas morning but it had been a while since I had it before that.

This changes everything though. Its a holiday, don;t want to be a party pooper. To the store I go.

...its been a family tradition for about 20 years now, that i "recieve" a large Nueske's gift box of assorted bacon & sausages shipped to us for christmas, by a very generous, sweet relative...who i hope lives forever... thank-you michele.
