    Question Fuel "Filter"... Careful!

This is a DIY suppressor, kind of like an almost complete lower.

Anyone know the ropes on this? Or are their any? I already heard of a guy that received these in the mail, turned them in to the authorities, and the Feds still got him. That was in the People's Republic of New Jerseystan though.

Gotta register it just like a regular suppressor.

...know nothing about weaponry... the law requires you to register a firearm suppressor? why? what a ridiculously intrusive, petty, over-reach. seems they are chipping away more & more from the outside in.

Yep, just no class 3 from what I read. Still have to pay 200 bucks, and I bet you go on a waiting list just like when buying a tax stamp.

I already have a class 3 and Gemtech suppressors. I probably wouldn't be impressed!

Not only register it you have to go to the sheriff's dept. with the completed forms, passport photos, pass a BATF background check and pay a 200.00 tax stamp. From what I read you are looking at 6 months to a year before it all gets approved. You also have to pay for the suppressor up front and BEFORE you get approved.

You didn't have to have the finger printing, sheriff's dept, passport photos until Hussein Obama signed and EO doing so. And the idiots say he wasn't anti-gun.
