Can't remember think it was a 72. He loved Barracudas> Had a 68 that a guy fell asleep behind him at a stoplight and rammed into him good. He saw it coming so no injury. Rear glass all over and assend pushed into front seat! Think it might have been this one.

Been looking at a couple of cars. The first one is a 64 Belvedere. Cross ram with dual carbs and runs 12's. Full interior... Bench seat, push button transmission on the dash!

Second is a Road Runner... All original with AC, auto, power, and a 383.

The nice ones are not cheap anymore!

I've been looking also,it's the room to put it with all the damn boat stuff haha.I have had many cars and it's like if you buy one and don't beat the crap out of it and have a great time with it say a few years you can re sell it for what you paid for it or more, done that a lot of times,it's like renting it for free.

Ever hear of Doc's Harley Davidson in Bonduel Wisconsin? This guy is a piece of work to say the least. His collection of cars is museum quality and he is known to drive them all. The first time I was at his dealership/restaurant was a Sunday afternoon. Somebody in our group goes hey, there's Doc. I say him? Yeah that's him. 20 minutes before that I was in the men's room and he was in there cleaning it. What a guy.

I been there as most HD dealers Midwest. I went to HS with Bob Maxcent, so I always went Illinois Harley. Damn fun times hanging the shop then, but damn that was 40+ years ago! Little history Illinois HD..scroll down a bit..(and Jerry Keisow was a great guy. He raced Flat Track when young and he knew more about a HD as any! He hired my grade school minibike buddy as a hell of a wrench too. Sadly in 1969 he was killed by a left turn cage. Lotta mems over the years.

I bought a 1995 fatboy from IL HD. They were in Berwyn, I think? South Harlem ave? I know I can look it up, but just not going to. How times have changed. I put 1K down just to get a bike when one was available. I got a FatBoy, would not trade my Sporty for anything, and I sold the FatBoy a month after I got it because I was just to busy with work that I did not even care to have it. Now the new HD's are just collecting dust on the showroom floor. Times, they are a changing.

Yep, moved from Roosevelt RD to a old bowling alley on Harlem. Worlds biggest HD Neon sign in front!
I lived in Downers then so if part needed, went Heritage HD in Lisle.
Yep, been a long run from cardboard under to catch AMF oil, to dust on top. Still have my 79 FSX, 41 years old.

First what looked like Illinois, and here. Went from extra low rider (2 in front, 1inch rear) to apes. Not a nut or bolt my finger prints not on it. S+S guts and more.
