Totally understand that's a great idea ,no wasting time
And people will be working building them too that's a plus..

Billions of dollars is peanuts with the #s that are already being spent. and the amount of money lost in shutdown etc

Why do they have to create a facility for each one tho?
Each one is that much different to manufacture?
It just said they where building the facilities to manufacture each one.. so building 7 facilities will pick 2 vaccines why couldn't they use the other 5 for more production?
So question/s are if each facility is that specialized and they don't even know which/if 2 of the 7 will work.
1 how do they Know what to build
2.. well if they're that specialized that answered the other question.

I don't produce drugs or vaccines so just curious why?

The idea is start production of 7 different vaccines simultaneously. Based on the results of testing they will pick 1 or 2 so all of the production for the other 5 or 6 will be destroyed and those other facilities will then start production the 1 or 2 that will be used bringing all 7 factories online producing the best vaccines.

Had to read it again...missed a couple lines when scrolling past ads. the money they are saying wasted is working on all 7 at once so not necessarily wasted..
When scrolling past the ads I thought it said wasted on construction of facilities.. so ok..
Nice to be able to read articles. would be nicer if you didn't need to scroll past all that **** and especially when the ad are in same font as article.
