Deck is down. Need to make a landing for the hatch and glass the whole thing. Bottom will get glassed around the edge. We are going to glass the whole deck. It's coosa only screwed to the stringers and a ton of putty drug over it to fair it in. Not glassed around the edge of anything. Not inside the hatches either. The srews were starting to show.

You could save a lot of work by making that floor pc with the hatch receiver opening built right in by using a flat table mold .

Ain't it great to have papa TRUMP back at the helm?

Weve built a bunch on glass tables. This landing was made off the hatch that's going in it. Which had to be modified to the right size. The deck was made days before we decided on what to do about the hatch. That wasn't the original landing we were gonna use, so this time it was done this way. But putting the landing on a table first would have worked too. The whole deck is getting glassed over. It was never glassed in. Just screwed down and puttied over. It is 1/2 inch coosa glassed over. We're gonna glass it all, then it'll be faired out before finish. This is a good example of how to let in a landing where there wasn't a hatch. Or where there was a drop in prefab hatch. It could have a gutter with more work, but this matches the rest.
