Ted May and Dave Nichols drove this at the Parker 9 Hour, probably 1970. Twin Johnson GT-115, Wilbur McDonald Boat, four point hydro, designed by Jack Leek.

That was great Lars...first time I've had a chance to watch Jimbo's accident when he stuffed his boat...he used to live about 3 miles from me when he lived in Wonder Lake Illinois...great guy!

Thanks, yes Jimbo's crash was a bad one and really hard on him.

From back when driving something like that for 9 hours seemed perfectly reasonable.
