Every time I started my 260, I would giggle a little. I would imagine doing it 4 times, you must end up Dr Evil laughing out loud. The sound of 4 2.5's at full blast must be some kind of satanic symphony

I have heard the song, perfect analogy. "Satanic Symphony"

p.s. Good name for a quad powered boat.

you hit the nail on the head with this, one of my cures for a bad week is to hear the sound of the 2.5's accelerating hard in unison. Even idling at the dock makes me smile.
ive tried to upload a video to share with you guys but the uploader keeps denying me.
    i need help

Do you have a video saved in the cloud, google etc? You can just share the link to it.
Or send it to someone to upload then they can imbed the video

I used to fish the Chicago river and Little Calumet on the south side, both criss crossed with numerous rail and road bridges and the sound of my 280 shrieking under those bridges @ redline on the way back to the ramp would make me grin every time. Not to mention the WTF look I would get from those fishing the banks as I went by them at 100mph. I imagine doing the same with all four of those at full tilt would wake the dead

I remember one yr at the Rumble on the River on the Ohio River, my friend and partner in the event had to attend a funeral during our event.
He said the funeral was at a cemetery over looking the river and that they could hear the motors during the funeral.
Said the couldnt help but smile.

I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.
