    2.4 heads on 2.5 block

    what would be the best way for swap, pull out dowel pins from 2.5 block or use 2.5 gasket and drill 2.4 head to work with 2.5 pins? hope JAY chimes in! merry christmas to all.

    The only way I have seen it done is to pull the pins from the 2.5 block.

    I am working on a clamshell cowl bracket for the 2.5 and it would be cool to run 2 piece 2.4 heads on it. I kinda got sidetracked on that project so it may be a while...

    Did the clam on 2.5....keep what heads the motor is made for.....Unless ya MAD Scientist...Just cut the heads....

    If you do use the 2.4 heads be sure you get the 2.5 gaskets. Piston could hit a 2.4 gasket.
