    Guy has been racing a billit crt motor on a black xb02 in SODA's bass n ski class . Has been competitive with the mercurys but sure doesnt appear to be making a significant amount more horsepower if any at all. Jus my .2

    For my money the Caldwell guys need to add another step to their offering to really set the world on fire, they need to pay a certain EFI guy to create a tune able E-tec pack and make the Caldwell engines use E-tec fueling/oiling.
    With this of course is the retrofit kit for 260/280 and 300.
    Will require, heads, pack, oil pump, stator and some other small stuff.
    Light weight, go fast, big horsepower and economical engines

    what they need to do is build the product they been advertised for three years they can’t even come up with a set of pistons every race they give away all kinds of parts but u don’t get the part u get a voucher for the part and no parts are ever given people still waiting on stuff from months ago I think the whole dam operation is a scam!!

    Considering the guy that owns it (Lee Collum) is part of CRT , im pretty sure i know what im talking about.. Ive put my eyes on it along with several others & its a billit engine

    Must be something to be proud of cause nobody I know of seen or heard of it at the soda races I ran all of them can’t understand Why you would keep something you are trying to promote such a secret

    Seeing as how it makes 800hp, why race such a jewel in bass and ski?? Wouldn’t it be better to show how much ass it kicks by putting it in pro mod or 1200# comp?

    Maybe they’ll race it in DSRA 3cyl class?

    I've heard it's a hell of a lot faster than mercs 2018 drag motor... there are some legit critiques of the CRT model and past process, but constant badgering isn't helping our sport.

    Probably a hell of a lot better chance of getting a 2018 Drag motor because we know Mercury has the stuff to build them!!!
