Olle Magnusson is a good old loyal friend of mine and he owns many Evinrude outboards. I sold him this Evinrude 6 HP new around 1980.
Olle still have it and a brand new Evinrude E-TEC T-shirt.
Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Sjoberg Foot Throttles
Nice looking pieces! I wish I knew Sjoberg was making these back in the my racing days (USA). Merc products were just too pricey. Hot Foots were adaptable to both OMC and Merc but weighed too much. My Hot Foots always spent 30 minutes on the drill press before power coating or paint just to get some of the weight out of them. Only complaint I had with any foot throttle back then was they had to be bolted to the floor and were not adjustable (different drivers). I wasn't too fond of having bolt heads poking out of the tunnel bottom either. When reinforced cockpits came along, I sacrificed a little weight by bonding an adater plate with multiple bolt locations for fwd/aft adjustment. Did anyone else have the same problem with the aft pair of bolt locations? They always chewed the heck out my driving shoe heels. Ended up duct taping an extra piece rubber to the heel of my driving shoe (LOL).
