It’s gonna provide the same results as cutting the front, but without the machine work...

There's not much if any technical data on them yet that says exactly what they do, how they do it and if there is a gain in performance. I'll wait for the testing results to be posted.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

They push the reed blocks further into the crankcase thus reducing the volume thereof or providing “stuffing.” I suppose one could drop a set into a calibrated container and measure their volume. The amount of stuffing would be far easier to quantify than the amount gained by trimming the front half say .050”!

I just ordered 2 sets for my 250 efi"s twins with reeds. I think Chris told me there 0.65 thick. And he did say that the 3.0 ones have only been out 3 weeks so he's waiting for feed back.

Me and probably a few on here don't know what performance gains of even trimming the front half is...is it more lower end , mid range or top end performance?

It also moves reeds farther away from injectors/carbs, which gives better atomization. What does a set cost?

My front is cut .050. Why are 4 petal thicker? I’ve never measured, but it seems the 4 petal cage is closer to crank already.
