    Wait ... you mean there's more to it than lookin thru the window ...

    Your right man , that's one of the hardest working teams in racing .
    (everyone involved has burned the mid-night oil at one point or another )
    Definitely worthy of the win ...

    Awesome job by all involved with this rollercoaster ride.

    Funny Glidden story Chaz. The Summit boys seem to have some reservations today as well:

    Thats funny Chaz.!
    "Just lookin thru the window" but now that you say it that way i really cant argue with that.
    I spend way to much time on my tippy toes looking thru the clean part of the windows.

    What was cool was the way he kept the coals burning and had it back on plane before the other boys had even made the turn.

    curious if the Shark's Tooth played a positive role on Sunday's rough water conditions

    ....get the bow down on the turns, aerate the bottom, then hole shot out of the turn as quickly as possible.

    Additions to the standard hull with rigging...a summary from my recollections

    * more aerodynamic air flow over the canopy
    * sharks tooth
    * running surface rails
    * lighter and more breathable tuner/mids on the motor x2
    * Porta Brackets racing version
    ** driver/throttleman input...seemed that the two were learning how to get around the course faster on each lap given the windy conditions
    * closed engine wells
    * what else am I missing ?

    Noli,
    Scott spent two months working on the bottom of the boat,putting every idea he had into making the fastest, best turning, best accelerating Doug Wright in existence !!! It looks like those improvements paid off !! Scott,Nick and Austin put a lot of blood sweat and tears into this boat and it certainly will be the one to watch in 2018 !! As most geniuses do, Scott is already formulating a design to be even better yet !! No telling what the future may have in store !! But you can bet that the Stock class will be a ball to watch next year !!!

    Scott’s cowling Pin kits definitely kept the cowling from coming off !!! We installed them at Clearwater because we used Scott’s cowlings !!!!
