    just an FYI, the filler isn't of the regular variety type. The filler at DW is fiberglass based and will not crack. takes tons of abuse before it stresses out

    You would be amazed if you seen how many big dollar manufactures use regular bondo on the sides to square them up.. But I would guess Doug uses Dura-glass, but maybe not.

    Looks like "rage" filler with the added fibers. Strong stuff.

    ground into a new DW this week, was epoxy fairing

    I dont know how you guys expect to get a better than smooth finish without SOME fairing ??

    boat is finally ready 4 paint this week cant wait.and strongback trailer should b as well. all that's left is fineline interior and rigging.was hopeing 2 splash around October first week but now looking at mid November.should b worth the waitI have 2 saythat doug has made it really nice2 deal with him.and his work has been second2 none.getting close
