Tested restricter washers today.
Big thanks to lwilde.0422 for the fast shipping and doing quality work on those machined restricter washers! He said i was going to love them and I do! Was 90 deg today water temps are still only 70 and motor ran even at 7000 rpm 150 with the #4 washers in. At 7000 and 15psi water pressure the temp gage never budged. Normally with 143 t stats same lake and temps 166 on the infrared gun and gage but holding 7000+ temps slowly would build up. They never went past 150 held there with the washes. also at idle motor was cool 118 at idle and held there also. With T-Stats motor at Idle was not a happy camper and would start heating up and wanted to go for a run to cool down.
Lower speeds same thing rock steady around 145 until I opened her up.
Talk about a pisser stream with washers! You could have had a shower under there! haha
Just wanted to let everyone know these things are awesome! I know guys run fender washers all the time. i like this idea of the beautiful machined billet aluminum ones they look sweet!! Now what would be even sweeter is anodized billet Stat housing for these bad boys and a rubber washer setup so you can change them without having to clean up gasket maker off.
Great product and great guy thanks again! Got a clip also today varying speeds to see the gage reaction.

Thanks for taking the time to post up a review Whipper! I am really happy you like them and the results speak for themselves! The T-stats housing are a great idea as well. I just have to figure out how to construct them in a mannor that make them affordable. As for the rubber washers, I have been messing with that for some time. I will get it figured out soon. Again thanks for your support and if anyone else would like a T-stat kit shoot me a pm!

Its a two part system. The smaller restrictor washer sits perfect in the housing first. Then the larger one is like the seat that holds it all together fits were the rubber washer on a reg Stat would.. The one side shot was just to show how perfectly flush when all together. The pic that shows room is just the first washer #4 in this case. I did try them without anything for gaskets and i couldn't get it to stop drizzling down the heads. There is just so much more flow is why compared to stats~!! i didn't know a pisser could shoot that far! was like a super soker! haha So had to use some gasket maker and all good to go. One cool thing about these is in the fall when water temps start cooling off you just go to #2 or if you live in the arctic circle #1 haha You guys in SC or Texas were water temps get hotter than 80-85 would go #5 and be good.
I might try and make a gasket for the housing from rubber or somthing and see how that goes just so I dont have to scrap crap off when i change sizes for cooler water. i think the water doesn't change that much in our season other than ice off and Later spring. So I can see changing them one for fall then after winter leave fall ones in for spring then only go bigger once water temps start heating up in late june. So really once a year. I guess I could handle smearing new gasket maker on once a year!! haha

I have been working with the admin staff on here to get my posting for these back up on the buy and sell forum. We should have it resolved soon. Whipper- if you don't mind I am going to attach a link on the listing to this review. Big thanks again to Whipper, Krazymaan and all the other great folks who I have had the pleasure of working with on this site!

No problem if they wernt as good as ya said i wouldn't have said much. haha Quality pieces, I was fondling them in my hand trying to find a flaw there isn't any. I mean the washer thing has been around for ever this takes it to the next level with tuning having so many options ready in hand knowing they are finished to perfection helps also.
