Is all of the dash still cut behind the big blue panel? Or was it glassed in and painted to match, then the big blue panel was put over the dash? I like the boat, nice set up.

Beautiful boat. Read the entire thread sounds like a lot of TLC. Saw mention of Nass cowlings, new motors and OEM cowls but did I miss what motors are currently on the boat?? Saw a partial side shot of a 300 Race decal. Are the motors 2016 300 XS 3.2's?

I know, I had one of the most fun days on the water in years last week....250 miles on the Missouri River that is 5 miles from my house....

Planning another one this weekend. It saved my summer after the 40 Skater has been broke since May.

That's why I run o/b's. Would love to have a big inboard boat but no time or funds to fix it.

150 miles on the Missouri River yesterday. Again got exactly 2.5 miles to the gallon.

Runs perfect up to 58 miles/hour which is a speed you can listen to the radio and have some beverages.

Hops to about 75mph then perfect again at about 78mph. At 78mph on the river you can carve and be safe. Sometimes we were just going and looked down at the speedo reading 95mph - but it felt like nothing.

Boat will run 112-115mph with the 34s but that's not my thing. I like the 85mph cruise....feels fast and feels safe. We can decelerate like putting the brakes on at that speed by chopping the throttles.

This boat is set up perfectly to go boating. I loaded to boat onto the trailer in the current on the first try. My F150 hauls it everywhere.

Why am I selling it again?

I'm not. I'm going to take a little different approach. I'm remove the Aero windshield, glassing it in and putting some fixed windscreens on. I'm repainting the boat Corvette yellow with simple royal blue accents and "Skater" logo outlined in silver. Painting the trailer and done. With the my rediscovery of the Missouri River 3 miles from my house and putting 400 miles on the boat in 2 outings, we have found the utility of this machine. It's also towable by a F150. We love river boating so much we are headed to the St. Johns soon for an OB Skater get together.
