If I find a spare set you can have them. I'll have to check and see if the 115 has any in it, that might take me a while.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think '85 was the last year for the xflow 140. They detuned it with lower compression (thicker) head gaskets and different jetting. And it became the bubble back 115 (prop rated). Should have the exhaust chest cut, and reed stuffers. Prior to that the 115 was a flat back.

I have a running '79 115 w/good compression on a stand in the craport that I hope to tear into/140-ize soon. Gonna go on the Baja after I hang my 140 on the Speedcraft.

That '79 115 would be comparable to the later model 90.

Ya got me curious enough to go check my 115. Its a 91, not mid 80's like I thought. And the exhaust is cut. Just have to pull the reeds out and see if there are stuffers in there. Any idea just what sort of hp I might be able to make from this? I have an early 80's 115 on my Winder now, I know its really a 90 in prop hp.

Plan is to cut the chest, hang a bubble butt on, pair of type III carbs w/primer system. Stuffers, if necessary, and screw on some Carson reeds. Add some '78 hi-comp heads et voila!
