Best prop for a Phantom 20F ( with pad ) en a mercury 250 EFI.....
Hello,
I am thierry from Holland ...i have a phantom 20 foot with a pad en lift en mercury 280 trimflaps....now i am looking for the best prop for that combination.
In holland people told me the best prop wil be a 4 blade et signature.....ore a tempest 3 blade for higher top speed.
For me the best prop must be an as stable as possible driving boot with a nice topspeed.
Witch prop do you recommand me...? en why...?

A lot of the water ski racers are running Mercury Trophy props with good results. That's a beautiful boat, there was one being raced here in the states a few years back. Good luck with your prop selection!

Yep Mercury Trophy Plus will probably work well, so will Pro ET style props (not necessarily Signature as you state), Turbo TXP OT4 also worked very well on a similar P20 with Optimax 225 last week.
For stability I would stick with a 4 blade.
But I think you know this already
