It's a straight swap, Duraburb is the company. Not cheap but perfect. We're all waiting for GM to step up again. Last I was told is its a mater of sending 3/4 ton Burbs to Oklahoma or somewhere to be fitted, bunch of noise, then they canned the 3/4 ton a few years ago and we were told a story of a smaller diesel in the new 1/2 ton Burbs, never showed.
Great looking truck, even though your south get it rust sprayed to keep the rails and axel and suspension, hard brake and fuel lines like new for years. Also paint the backside of the bumpers with a heavy alkyd / oil paint, never surprise you with a blister.
