It is the same tube. Pull out the hydraulic steering and slide the single cable thru the tube. I have never heard of anybody changing the tube.

Very common tube. Same on most all V-6's. E-Bay or any local boat shop of any kind.

Heat it carefully and it will come apart. The hydraulic rod is corroded in place. Heat should release it...
