The 0.086 main jet is part #1395-5815 ,your finger ports should open just after the main ports ,also take into account you do not have the bevel on the piston top that allows the power port to open earlier but slightly after the main ports . Good Luck ! I ran the part number and it is still good .

With finger ports at a fixed part throttle position do you expect to gain rpm, just cruising or do you feel the gains will occur during wot pulls from low to high? Will the gains be available without wot?

Here is my plan

-New piston rings/hooning, bearings, gaskets
-Machine the intake port timing to early 1400 specs (non power port)
-machine the exhaust port timing to 1500xs specs (1mm taller than early 1400 spec)
-finger ports
-90hp stock pistons (high dome)
-banjo reeds
-90hp stock tuner, should be same as the 150hp tuner
-90hp carbs, starting with 0.084 jets maybe 0.086
