We had two choices and we got the better of two without question. He is doing what he said he was going to do. The stock market has jumped, consumer confidence is soaring high, and if people will concentrate on being productive citizens instead of trying to push rope then we will all benefit (unless you depend on the govt. for your existence) and if that's the case then shame on you. If you can't make money in this economy then you won't ever be able to make it.

If he just sits on his butt for the next four years, he's already accomplished more for the average American than the last 4 presidents; just by knocking both the Republican "establishment" and the Democratic "establishment" back on their heels. Every damn one of them has been put on notice that they aren't fooling all of us and that every single one of them can be replaced.

I saw Trump as being our best hope since 2011. Never had a doubt he would win. Have no doubt that he will fulfill every promise he has made to the American people. Step on some toes, you bet! Back down, never. Why? Because he cares about America. It's his home, he values the people's admiration, not like the dirt bag we have endured for 8 yrs. Who only sought to destroy America and our family values.

In the US (you list Ontario, not sure if that's Canada or California) no one, not even the president is above the law. Any executive order can be blocked by the judicial branch if they determine it violates existing law or the constitution. In this case the "national defense" angle did not pass judicial scrutiny but that's why the appeals process exists. It's called checks and balances and just because the people believe they voted on something does not override this fundamental process. Remember, we are a democratic REPUBLIC, not a pure democracy. Democracy, by it's basic definition is mob rule and the framers we very precise about making sure the "will of the people" was heard without resorting to mob or autocratic rule.
