I see your point also. I don't think anybody really knows what the cost of either one will be. You know if you go to walmart everything is made in china. I am just saying if I have an option, I would rather buy American. Obongo only has 2 or 3 weeks left and he is still trying to do as much damage as possible before they drag him out.

I agree about buying American when possible, but I will say that to me that applies more to products from huge, publicly traded corporations than to a small company making products for racing. I doubt if any American jobs will go to Italy if this guy sells a hundred race motors.
He's not building them in Italy to get cheap labor; he's building them in Italy because he's Italian!

I am not really talking about job loss. Just that if quality and price are comparable I would rather buy from an American company. That's just me! JMHO..... it"s a free society so everyone can do as they choose.

Again I think we are all mostly on the same page. Quality and Price. !! But take this into consideration and thought?!
From the time we as a nation began to form. We purchased from foreign countries!! Right? As we didnt manufacture anything! Right? We became a nation that was on top of most everything, But we still purchased the out of reach items from other countries that specialized in it. China (Dishes etc.) Crystal, Cloth from other nations, Salt, spices and the list goes on & on.. I sincerely try to by as American manufactured as I can. BUT again take this into consideration. Fuel, Gas, Diesel. Do you or anyone else solely make a point to purchase Fuels only from US Oil produced gas stations/companies? And everyone has to buy Gas/Diesel every day or week.
Come on lets compare Apples to Apples Not Apples to Pomegranates.
Ill do my best to support any American solely owned company the best I can. . But is that really possible anymore?
The sole purpose of this thread was for other reasons. not to get into a Buy American debate. but I did take the bait. Please keep the Thread on topic. or I will delete it. Ive got all the information I need to make my decision at this point.
