Thumbs up Shout Out to a few very special people!!!

As some may know Bud decided to Buy a Drag boat last year. He rigged tested and just couldn't get things to his liking so it went to bed for the winter and came out this year. Gremlins plagued it for most of the early season but finally made first race in June. Didn't do to bad and again in August and Finished up in October at Tabor City.

Through all the uphill battles I had people that were 100% supportive that were always there for me no matter what. Here's a GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO THOSE Very special Friends and family!!! 2017 is going to be a Checkered Flag Year for the TAZ Racing Team!!! I know it !!!

My Great Friend, Best Buddy, Sponsor & Crew Chief Doug Burton (D.B. City Marina Elizabeth City, NC).!! Always there for me and the cause no matter what!!! I cant thank you enough for everything.

My Great Friend and generous sponsor Gary Carbonneau (G. A. Carbonneau Construction Windham, NH) Oldboatman on the board here!!! Made every race traveling all the way from New Hampshire!!! When things weren't going our way you always kept a positive attitude!!!

My Great Friend and Sponsor George Fuller (Fullers Marine and Machine Bayville NJ) and the whole Fuller Crew. George, Deb Fuller, Mike Franzoso (vnemous on the board here), Kevin Kearney (Kevin_from_NJ on the board here) And one of the best damn Photographers I know!!! And the whole Fullers crew were always there to help!!! And some of the best people to Pit with ever!!!

Michael Bates What a Great Friend!! Always there to help and another Great person to Pit with!!! I love being in the middle of Fullers and Bates Teams when Pitted!!!

Michael Chapman, (Calhoun Marine) Thanks for all the help smashing some of those Gremlins early on, Dave Strong always supported me from all the way up in BC Canada!!, Timmy Mcgalliard (Timmac on the board here) sent me ECU's no questions asked!!

There are alot of Great friends I haven't mentioned But you know who you are and will remain very special to me!!

My Mom (Norma) and Step father (Bob) They also made every race and were always 100% supportive!! Bob Thanks for all the help!!!!!!!

Finally My Wife Jane!! She fought me tooth and nail from the time I mentioned the boat. NOT ANOTHER ONE!!! Never got off my ass about it. Why you got to have that? How much is that going to cost etc etc etc!!! WHAT??????? That motor cost how much??? That much for a Prop? That little thing was HOW MUCH??? How Much have you spent on that Boat??? Finally!!!!!!! made the August race (First ever for her) and became my Biggest supporter and Fan!!! Now its what else you need? Do we have everything we need? Are you sure? Whens the first race next year? When does the schedule come out? I met some of the best people!!! I really Liked everybody!!!

As you can see i am a blessed and very happy Man!!!

Now All I need is my Back up Motor Back!!!!!!! Hello!!!!!!! Ding Ding!!!!!!!

Thanks so much Bud. You have no idea what being involved in our team has ment for me! Not only has this been a great change in my life but you have welcomed me into your family, introduced me to some great people and most of all you have become a special friend (and you put up with all my questions)!!! Can't wait for next season to hit'em even harder. Gary
