There is a boat ramp that I will post a screenshot of on here that you can put in at, but there are some islands not far from the ramp that have nice beaches that most will probably be hanging out at

Boat ramp is on the bottom right of the picture there is a huge soft sand beach on the top left of the pic rite by the "r" in Willis dr I'd say it will probly be main gathering spot it's about 1 mile from ramp
