    300x offshore mid question

First, I noticed on a microfiche that there's a nylon water tube that runs in the mid, my mid didn't come with... Curious as to if it's necessary or not.

Also, some bolts on this motor are metric, some sae. Wondering what bolts are needed for the steering wing plate.

    thanks in advance

The nylon tube is not needed. It runs from the gear case to a sash mounted gauge.

The 3L motors are metric except for the items that are common or Tha same ad mercury used on the 2.5L motors. Like the zinc bolts.... the wing plate holes are tapped for a 3/8 bolt.
