Gone are the mid-range buyers like me - guys that can only afford $250k-$500k rigs. All that's left are the big money guys that can afford anything they want - which is not an outboard boat. The same holds true for the business jet market - the small to mid size jet sales are down, while large jet sales are up. The disparity between the rich and everyone else is definitely growing at a rapid pace. Enough about that though - I'm certain Doug's new boat is going to perform great for an outboard boat. I can't wait for the "little" 28 he designed to get finished up and out here to Dan so we can run it. I get pics/updates weekly, the first boat built for the single is getting capped right now, and Dan's is in the mold. Doug has become the lone large outboard cat guy since Pete has focused his business on the bigger money inboards for many years now. Please keep us posted as Doug develops this new large outboard cat.
The disparity was always there. The banks just allowed people to live wayyyyy outside their income and we saw how that worked out. Now the banks cant so much so the disparity is more evident.
Gone are the days of scratching your head and wondering how the F(%$ does that guy afford that LOL.

NO! there are not more of them than us, UK just proved that yesterday. they have taken over the media, banking, wall street. the deal is the middle class has been squeezed to the point of reacting. everybody is feeling it to the point that it's a wave of opnion, immigration is the thing that is trying to undermine the the electoral system by registering as many new voters to be able to throw the electoral process thru extra #s. I belive he was re-elected thru fraud the second time and this immigration deal is the next attempt to global government. they just got a kick in the nuts. Trump is the best chance, and with a ground swell of everyday Americans that are fed the F up with what is going on, all over the world, WE SHALL OVER COME. fun out

As gay looking as that boat is, we had to make fun of it by naming it "The Don Johnson". But I can certainly see where the pic of Don looks a lot like Randy's avatar pic!

Wow, that thing looks slippery on the top AND the bottom! Can't wait to see it run.

How similar is the tunnel to the boats competing in X-Cat, do you know?

That's a lot of lifting strakes on the bottom of that smart marine cat. That thing will not even touch the water at speed.
