Dam Nick it sounds like you packed two Romps into one weekend. You have any pictures of your buddys museum you visited?

no way I could have taken pictures, there would have been drool all over the lenses! and hear this, he and Jamie, his son, run these boats on the river past the Northville bridge on any given Monday to Thursday! Truly a great guy, no ego, no showmanship, just living Life and loving what he does! Did I mention that he built his house when he retired, a log house, not cabin, all by himself, plumbing , electrics, etc. Took 4 years! Still shaking my head in disbelief between Bob [outasite] and Ron and all they've done, and then look in the mirror!! So much more to accomplish!! I guess I spend too much time sleeping!!

There is a more serious issue I have under consideration. I may have to ban all boats from Michigan at this event.

This boat created several problems for me....It makes my junk look like crap, I don't have a fast enough shutter speed to take a picture of it, but worst of all, running side by side at 82 mph he stabs the gas and leaves me like I just threw the anchor out (I was depressed for the rest of the weekend)

So I'm looking at that photo and don't recall seeing tie downs on the back when you pulled out?

You recall pretty good!.Put them,and a bow strap on at the gas station.BUT I did have safety chains!! On another note,went into Canada got inspected,left Canada got inspected,trailer plate GONE! Took some explanation.
