22 ACTIVATOR w/TRAILER

OK most local LI people know this boat.....,supposedly the Boat was originally built with cockpit to far back or something to that effect, bottom line CG is off in the the boat which gives it a inherent tendency to porpoise.....I purchased the boat last year with out doing my due diligence(shame on me) put a new 300XS on it and discovered the problem, I then talked to mark at ACTIVATOR and he acknowledged the problem and told me the the only viable solution was to put approx 200+ lbs or so in the belly of the boat just forward of the cockpit.which I did and it made the boat completely a different animal(much more user friendly)....the only draw back was obviously lost some top speed

So I am moving on....I pulled my power head and going in a different direction,The boat is absolutely flawless as far as condition goes,I have spent a ton of money on it before I used it last year on the boat,I am selling the boat minus power,the steering ram and wing plate,that's all that needs to be done have a turn key boat.the boat is ROCK solid and if somebody doesn't mind being the fastest guy out there this is the boat for you asking 13500 with trailer please call Tony to discus 516 297 9091
