Introduction of new powerboat on the US market

Hi fellow boaters!

I am currently working with a high-performance boat manufacturer with the plan to expand to the US market. In this regard I am hoping to get some help from you guys in determining if the market is suiting for us, and how we can successfully introduce our boats.

I have therefore compiled a small questionnaire, with some easy questions concerning your purchasing behavior. I would highly appreciate if you could answer this questionnaire. It is, of course, completely anonymous, and take maximum 5 minutes to complete.

Give them a shot, you will be surprised about this brand. they are testing the North American waters. Plus they are an overseas builder that does not have a presence in the USA ........................ Go to OSO and I think you will figure out who they are .................

I don't think there's anything wrong Iin him asking for opinions on what people want. It's just like why would a guy who sells cabin cruisers advertise on this site. Give him a chance to find out !

I completed the survey - didn't take very long. Hope it was helpful to the manufacturer. Can't hurt us to have more choices when it comes to high performance boats available in the US. Competition may help bring the cost of new boats down also!

This is exactly what happened, IMO. The first two replies grossly misunderstood him. Defensive much?
