Thanks for the post. I'm back and forth on selling the cougar and getting a grandsport and a drag of keeping the cougar. This is what winter does to my mind haha

What Cougar do you have and with what HP?
I've owned four twin engine cats and two Allison Grandsports. No question the Allisons are an absolute hoot to drive, just too small for the water I run. Having said that, I just bought an Allison SS2000 to compliment my other "go fast". Although I'll only drive it a few times a year, I get such a kick out of driving them that I had to have another one. I doubt I'll be selling this one.

I have a cougar 23 mtr with twin 280s. I'm Steve Cleinmark. Pretty sure I met you at my party haha. I was thinking if I sell that my wife will let me buy a xr2001 and a grandsport for boating. She loves the the cougar though cause lakes can get rough with boat traffic hear.

That's what I thought haha. Seen you bought warlocks boat. Good looking ride love the paint sceme. Yeah but then I'll be wishing I had the bigger boat on weekends lol. I like your thinking the 28 and a ss can't beat that. Would like a nice 22 talon with twins like you had too lol. Never happy always wanting something different lol. I should be happy with the cougar it runs good. 110 with a passenger almost full on fuel right at the con 7750 limiters need those raised and should be mid teens but every time I go watch a race or radar run I wish I had a drag lol

I might be into your cougar even with out power if your 280's work on your new ride.

Yeah I'll keep you posted if I decide to let it go. Hard to do cause I know I won't ever find another one to replace it

Guy really needs about a half dozen boats to fill all "the needs" !!!!!!!!!!! LOL
Good luck Steve.
I might be seeing you soon anyway. Gonna have your dad grab my boat in Michigan and detail it and then I'll drive down and get it. Maybe I'll bring "Slow" along for the ride.
