    back in the day, around these parts,almost EVERYONE that bought a hustler from Randy had a v6 merc on them, there were several ,if they were ran with common sense on the part of the driver ,they were very fast for the time.we did loose a couple due to blowovers but any fast boat can bite you.was a great era for hotrod water craft !

    Went thru my pictures and found this. Here is the boat new behind my house on st pete beach in 1981, before we sold it to him . i used to drive it around when i was about 8 with all my buddies in it.
