    I'm about to paint the Action Venomus donated to me, originally I wanted to go with House of colors Flake paint to period correct. to me, it's kinda "EvelKanevel". torn brtween a nice prismatic deep indigo blue or the flake. what do you guys think?
    most overnite successes usually take at least 10 years

    My King was reg gell originally. I repainted it with reg metal flake imron. Next time, it's getting some Stream factory looking flake on it. Just no better look imo. Action was flake too originally. Diff look, indigo blue with blue flake over? Darker base with brighter blue over?

    very hard to get solid blue flake when refinishing, if you sand the boat and hit a flake it turns silver.
