have you gone through the proper channels such as calling the police or filing a complaint with PayPal if you used them?

There is nobody in "charge" or policing the buy and sell on this site nor are they responsible for a bad deal between tow private parties or between a business and private party..... that said, you could e-mail the site administrator with your complaint and see if there is anything he can help guide you with in resolving the problem......
