To the rest of the veterans on this site-I havent been on here in a while but couldn't resist having a little fun with this kid.
I'm sure next he's gunna come out with the "YOUR MOMMA'S SO FAT" jokes lol

Although I dont think he realizes the dangers. We just lost a guy down here from a very slow blow over(i heard 60-70mph) and got thrown out of his life jacket. He prolly doesnt wear his cause he's so tuff and it might add weight and slow him down.

    100+mph in 800' STV River Rocket w/modified 260 SOLD

    100+mph GPS'd TRIAD V-21 w/stock 2.5 260 SS (85mph wid da 200EFI so far!!!!!) SOLD

    22' SmokerCraft Deck Boat wid a 200EFI(not GPS'd Yet)
    ALLISON XB2002-Gotta rig it now

WOW--just read this whole thread and it went ugly early...started out with a bunch of experienced guys tryin to help a new kid and turned into a new kid who doesn't need any help at all...My only suggestion would be to BUY A VEST cause it makes it much easier to retrieve your carcus, gives your family closure...you should listen to some of these "old washed up rednecks" they are trying to help your dumbass...free advice from an "old washed up redneck" who has been faster (upside down and backwards) than you will ever go.................................

We run wide open for miles here there is no drag racing. Our bay is always ruff so you have to drive the boat. I wish some locals where left on this site to back me up but they all left years ago because of dickheads like the ones talkin **** in the thread. For the ones who said good job and said there advice like men thank you to all the other ones GO **** YOURSELF

If you take any advise here get a good vest if not for you do it for your family, friends and the sport. I have learned over the years most of these old rednecks know what they are talking about. I know your not drag racing but I have put up numbers like your posting in 1320' of less in my Viper. Was very interested in your thread when you started it and was gonna share what I learned the hard way but have become reluctant to do so know. I have to go back to work know and I hope when I get a chance to check the thread out later it has done a 180 and I'm not reading you got hurt. Good luck and be safe.

You act like its you against the world--ITS NOT-they are trying to help you...you might be the best v hull driver that ever lived..we are just tryin to keep you alive long enough to prove it...get some smaller props, turn some more rpms and drive the hell out of it...just be smart, have a chase boat, wear a vest,etc,etc...everyone is telling you the same thing-smaller prop-more rpms-that lil 260 is just gettin started at 7800.................

Side steer Viper with back seat, tired carbed Bridgeport, 30 Drag @ 7,500, 102 GPS many times for miles. I'd guess a stock 260 would be capable of 110+ with a good setup and the right conditions?
