This, without a doubt, started out as a selfish endeavor. I was hoping to catch a break on my own purchase. Fortunately, it developed a lot more interest than I thought it would. Which in turn has brought the thoughts of safety to the front. This was enough to encourage me to buy mine, hopefully nobody ever needs their jacket to do its job, but if they do, maybe by chance this has encouraged someone else to do the same.

I just ordered mine, couldn't be easier... no more than 5 minutes. I told her I had been putting off ordering for 2 seasons and this deal you put together is what got me to do it; she seemed happy that people are actually calling.

Keith, I completely understand that you are not happy with the terms they gave me. What do you suggest I do? I negotiated the best deal I could get, I posted the terms for said deal to help the community to the best of my ability. I'm sorry you're not happy with it, but I didn't do anything wrong. I just tried to help some fellow members catch a break on a life jacket purchase.

Quinton, I completely understand. I worked in the fashion industry and understand the concept of "keystone plus". I will follow through with what I expressed as an in intresest and make the "deadline" thanks. Keith out

I just spoke with lifeline, they were at the race on Friday, but they believe approximately 3 more orders came in on the phone, they will be getting those processed and making a return contact. Thank you to those who called. We have about a day and a half left, so if anyone is on the fence, you still have a little time. Thanks again to everyone who has supported this effort.

Ok, I'm going to make this short and sweet. The order total was 9. Exactly what went wrong, I don't really know. Fortunately they are not going to hold me responsible for purchasing more jackets. Unfortunately, they are not prepared to offer any more discount group purchases from the S and F guys. If I represented our group wrong, I apologize. If you were not sure you could commit or only under certain conditions, maybe you should have responded in kind with those concerns. Personally, I have learned a valuable lesson or two, which I will now carry with me, so it wasn't all for not.
Thanks to Lifeline, they are going to make sure those who did order will receive their discounted jackets and they hope you are happy with the jacket and price. This was a sincere statement and I assured them they are appreciated.
A big thank you from me to those who did order, and for those that did not, I'm sorry it didn't work out. Mine should be here Wednesday, glad I got it.There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing. –Aristotle
