We've sent several blocks to Ron @ Rucks. Quality was still good. Treated me good. I will have more work done there.

Don't forget Chaz- he has saved a bunch of blocks from being trashed and you get to deal with him direct. I don't think I need to tell anyone the quality of his welding and fabrication skills.

FYI Update on my Machine Work:
After 3-1/2 Months I STILL don't have my 260 block back! This guy that bought Jim's old place may be good but I'd never send another one to him.....too little communication between us and too many dates that didn't come to pass and on top of everything else, the actual replating work was done by US Chrome where I should have sent it to begin with!!
Of course if it hadn't of been so much of a hassle to get it back, (It's a Long way from Oklahoma to Wisconsin), I would have sent for it a Month into the deal!
It was supposedly sent back to me on Monday Feb. 11th but so far no tracking number so I have my doubts!
We'll See! Grrrr!!

Thank God US Chrome did the Nik because everything else has been a complete Fricken RunAround! Three and a Half Months has got to be a JOKE....I've missed 1/2 my prime fishing season and pizzed off several of MY clients because my Bass Boat was down!!!!!!
I Picked the end of December so I would have plenty of time to go through this thing and be there....but no use now in bitchin'bout it!!!!
I thought I'd seen it all in my 68 years of dealin'wit machinists but seems Lessons Learned just never stop till you die!!!

I dont know if you guys know this but there are only 2-3 companies that do nikasil. So no matter who you send a block to for machine work it gets sent to millenium or us chrome for nikasil and then back. You all seem confused about that.
