It's just a slow roll to the start bouys, then hit the hammer, and aim for the radar pontoon. Kind of a gentlemen's agreement type thing, no set speed to the bouys. Then of course, go back to the dock and bitch about how the f*&#king radar gun must be off.

My guess is Ruck is thinking, "Look at all this junk I pieced back together, damn I'm good."
